Persona 4 Revival snuck into the Xbox Games Showcase 2026 to confirm it has a release date of February 18, 2027.

It’s a schedule update for Atlus’ yellow-tinted RPG that came with a nice, long look at gameplay. Considering it’s been nearly 18 years since the studio first launched the original game, fans are more than familiar with its characters and story, but today’s footage also revealed a fresh coat of paint with updated visuals.

“Persona 4 Revival is the perfect starting point for newcomers to the series!” an official description from its website said. “Visuals, UI, battles, and events – all reimagined for the modern era. Welcoming to newcomers, yet fresh for fans of the original.”

With the launch of its latest trailer, Atlus and Sega have opened up pre-orders for players on Xbox Series X | S and Xbox on PC, revealing standard ($69.99), deluxe ($84.99), and premium ($99.99) editions to purchase. Steam and PlayStation 5 pre-orders go live at an unspecified point tomorrow, June 8.

Persona 4 Revival was announced at last year’s Xbox Games Showcase. Atlus has been pretty quiet when it comes to information about its new remake, but let’s hope that, with a release date now locked in, we’ll learn more in the months ahead.

Persona 4 Revival launches in February of next year for PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X | S. It’s also coming to Xbox Game Pass. If you need to catch up on all of the biggest reveals, you can check out everything announced at the Xbox Games Showcase 2026.
